Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WildMoon Events website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Overview

WildMoon Events provides luxury event planning services, including but not limited to:

• Wedding planning (traditional and Desi weddings)
• Corporate event planning
• Milestone birthday celebrations
• Event consultation services
• Day-of coordination
• Full-service event planning

Service Agreements

Consultation and Booking

All event planning services require an initial consultation. Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of services, timeline, and pricing. Services are not confirmed until a signed contract and deposit are received.

Deposits and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services
• Deposit amounts vary by service type and will be specified in your contract
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation

Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: 50% refund of payments made (excluding deposit)
• Cancellations made 60-90 days before the event: 25% refund of payments made (excluding deposit)
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event: No refund
• WildMoon Events reserves the right to cancel services due to force majeure, with full refund of all payments

Changes to Service Scope

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of services must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional fees. We will provide a revised proposal for any scope changes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about event requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance as required by venues
• Inform us of any special requirements, restrictions, or concerns
• Treat WildMoon Events staff and vendors with respect and professionalism

Vendor Relationships

WildMoon Events works with a network of trusted vendors. While we carefully vet all vendors, we are not responsible for their performance, products, or services. Clients contract directly with vendors for their services, and payment is made directly to vendors unless otherwise arranged.

Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability

WildMoon Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services.

Client Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless WildMoon Events from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event or the client's actions.

Insurance

WildMoon Events maintains general liability insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own event insurance and any insurance required by venues or vendors.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the WildMoon Events website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of WildMoon Events and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Event Photos and Testimonials

Clients grant WildMoon Events permission to use photos and testimonials from their events for marketing and promotional purposes, unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to the event.

Confidentiality

WildMoon Events agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, event details, and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

WildMoon Events shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods)
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Acts of terrorism or war
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Venue closures or cancellations

In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds as circumstances permit.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
